Returns, refunds & delivery policy
Delivery times
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping option selected at checkout. Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours on working days (Mon-Fri), excluding public holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next working day (Mon-Fri).
Orders placed before 4pm on a working day (Mon-Fri) are processed and dispatched the same day. DPD and Royal Mail next working day delivery options are also dispatched the same day when ordered before 4pm. Unless specified, the courier used is Royal Mail for UK, or DPD/Parcel Force for international orders.
Free delivery on orders over £35 is usually sent via Royal Mail Second Class with tracking and typically arrives within 1–3 working days when ordered before 4pm.

Delivery and carrier responsibility
Once an order has been dispatched and handed over to the selected delivery carrier, delivery is carried out in accordance with the carrier’s standard practices. Bare Addiction is not responsible for delays, missed deliveries, or deliveries to neighbours made in line with those practices.
If an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, this constitutes successful delivery. Any disputes relating to delivery handling, delays, or notifications should be raised directly with the carrier.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you place your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Our 30-day guarantee applies to skincare products only. Accessories, including toiletry bags, silicone scrubbers, disposable towels, ice globes, and other non-formulated items are excluded. Where bundles or gift sets include accessories, refunds are calculated based on the value of eligible skincare products only.
To start a return, please contact info@bareaddiction.com. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Bare Addiction does not offer free return postage for change-of-mind returns or for returns that do not relate to a manufacturing fault or an issue caused by Bare Addiction.
Shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes paid by the customer or by Bare Addiction are non-refundable. Where free delivery has been applied, Bare Addiction reserves the right to deduct the original outbound shipping cost (£3.99–£5.99) and a handling fee of £2.00 from any approved refund.
Allergies and sensitivities
All product ingredients are clearly listed on our website prior to purchase. It is the customer’s responsibility to review ingredient information and ensure products are suitable, particularly where allergies or sensitivities are known or suspected.
Individual allergic reactions do not constitute a product fault under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Subscriptions
Some products at Bare Addiction are available as subscriptions, providing repeat deliveries at the frequency selected at checkout.
- Payment is taken automatically for each delivery
- Email reminders are sent before subscription orders are processed
- Subscriptions can be managed through your customer account
Subscriptions must be cancelled before an order is processed and dispatched. If a subscription order has already been sent, it is treated as fulfilled.
- Returned products must be sent back at the customer’s own cost
- A £2.00 handling fee may be deducted
- Outbound shipping costs (£3.99–£5.99) may be deducted
Once an order has been fulfilled, any changes are treated as a change-of-mind return.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us as soon as reasonably possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Refunds
We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Refunds are processed within 24 working hours of approval. Please allow 1–5 working days for your bank or card provider to reflect the refund.
Customs duties, shipping costs, and payment provider fees are non-refundable.
